A few things to know before becoming a facilitator for Archery: * By attending the training, you are agreeing to facilitate at least 4 programs each year. * Most of the outdoor adventure request are on the weekends. * Facilitating outdoor programs can be physically taxing, requiring extended standing, sitting, reaching, bending, stooping, as well as adequate hearing, vision, and communication abilities to safely monitor all participants. Any concerns regarding the physical requirements should be discussed with council staff prior to the start of training. * Facilitators receive a stipend for facilitating, $15 per 2-hour session * Facilitators also receive one free Archery session for your troop after you have facilitated A 2 of the 4 sessions for other groups.
