Explore Outdoor Art through slow looking and hands-on making at 410 Sculpture Park, just south of Downtown Bloomington. 410 Sculpture Park boasts larger-than-life artworks inspired by industrial materials, created by local artist Tom Kirk, his daughter Addison, and the Power House Art crew. Though nature might not be obvious in the park, the interaction of art and the outdoors is undeniable. Celebrate Slow Art Month and Earth Month with a badge program that will challenge Girl Scouts to see, think, and wonder what is possible when we take art of all kinds outside! Fun patch and snack included. This is a drop-off program. Juniors will complete steps towards their Outdoor Art Explorer and Art and Design badges. Cadettes will complete steps towards their Outdoor Art Apprentice badge.
