Girl Scouts of Central Illinois proudly presents its 17th Diamonds & Desserts, its signature event to raise awareness and funds in the greater Decatur area, at the Country Club of Decatur on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. We gather again around our lucky Flora Gems Sweet Surprise Wall, delicious cookie-inspired desserts competition among local chefs, signature cookie-inspired cocktail, sincere recognition of our honoree, and more!
This year we will recognize Melanie Schelling - State Farm® Insurance Agent and owner of Melanie Schelling Insurance Agency - as our 2024 Diamond Honoree. Melanie is a tremendous champion of Girl Scouts and our community, serving as an outstanding leader for girls.
